SUMMER CROCHET

 
Did you see the crochet in my last post?   I wanted to make something light this summer so I purchased this glorious cotton from Bendigo Wool.

Silly me forgot to order the pink and had to put in a seperate order that arrived yesterday.

 
My intention is to make a kind of sampler blanket from Jan Eaton's book to learn some new blocks.

Oh this cotton really is devine and I know I'll appreciate working with it should the warm weather ever get here.

    this time last year I taught myself how to do granny squares of youtube.. omg it took me forever and a few throws of the hook in the caravan while we were on holiday. I have now done 60 and have about 60 to go. Pretty sad effort for 12 months.. but i will get there. xLove your colours btw
