I whipped up these bread bags for gifts today. I don't like to keep home baked bread in plastic and I find that cotton keeps it lovely and fresh (if it lasts long enough to go into a bag that is).
The vintage style bags will go to our parents and the bright bags are for my sister in law and one for myself.

ReplyDeleteJust how big are you making these?? I find it frustrating that there isn't a good bag size for my bread, and started using something way too big...
ReplyDeleteI use a folded tea towel. I find that is just the right size.
ReplyDeleteGreat idea for some gifts. I have a couple that I made for my own use but never thought about giving some to my friends and family.
