With my on-going quest to find the perfect storage for my fabrics I came across the idea of using mini bolts for my fabrics that are over 1/2 yard in length.
So after a day of cutting sheets of chipboard down to 6" x 11 1/2" rectangles (144 so far) I have been busy winding and pinning fabric to them.
The baskets are full of fat quarters and bigger pieces that don't quite belong in the scrap basket.
I am sooooo on a fabric diet!!!!!!
Looks great. I especially like the chip board method. Come over and do mine now!
ReplyDeleteLook at the pretty colors!!! I wanna dive in! lol!!
ReplyDeleteYou are a genius! It looks great and it's so much better than fabric all folded up! You really see it! Love, love, love!
ReplyDeletePopped over from Julie (milkcan's) blog and LOVE your idea. What a great way to store and SEE all that luscious fabric.
