OOh they are both GORGEOUS!!! I love the "pebble" quilting on the blue one! I have yet to master that, haha... or even get close! I always seem to go with my old standby of curly cue quilting! I think i need to force myself to branch out a little :)
I lived in Fairmont, WV, for a year a few years ago, not too far from Amish country, and was absolutely awed by their quilts too, some of which have lasted over a hundred years and are still in use in families. It's enough to humble me a LOT when I struggle with a bit of patchwork!
