SUNDAY WONKINESS

I decided to make some more wonky triangles today after seeing what Penny over at Sew Take A Hike was doing. After the first lot I made a couple of weeks ago, I realised I had forgotten to include my orange Denyse Schmidt fabrics. I had put them away for another quilt but as this is my 'Denyse Schmidt fabric quilt', out they came to be cut up. I feel happier about it now seeing those yummy colours all together and there are still so many more to make, it will certainly be colourful and cheery.
Want to know a secret? I have 1/2 yard of all the fabrics in Denyse's new line 'Hope Valley' on it's way to me as we speak, squeal!!!!!!! Bad, bad me.

We put up the Christmas tree today full of vintage ornaments that had been collected over the last year by myself and my friend Gloria Froese from Canada. Thank you Gloria for being so generous and for taking the time to pick these out for me, I love them all especially the gorgeous indent ornaments.
