WELCOME TO MY STUDIO

I thought I would share with you my little sanctuary.

My studio is an old caravan, I ripped out everything in it except for the seats, re-lined and painted it, re-tiled with laminate squares, made curtains and covers for the seats, then proudly furnished and began to create.

Sadly, I've been a little neglectful and my poor studio was in need of a huge tidy up, then along came a challenge at Blue Bazaar from Coby to re-organise your space. This week's challenge is organising your tools. I started on them, then progressed on to everything else. So one half of my space is looking pretty neat, tidy and organised,

the other half, well, I will get there!

SO VERY SPOILT

I hope everyone had a lovely Christmas. Our leadup to Christmas involved making gingerbread men for presents (most got eaten before given out though, check out the top row, 3rd from left, this is Lachlan's vampire gingerbread man), and the usual running around and organizing.

Look what I just had to make for my very special present.

This ipod nano was my extra Chrissy gift from my SIL and her new hubby, I was the photographer at their wedding in October and they must have thought I did an ok job as I was spoilt with this.

Other presents I received were a juicer, do you know how long I have wanted a juicer? I'll be juicing every fruit and vegetable under the sun now, and a spa mat for our bath, I now have the whole health spa experience happening right here at home. Oh and a tow bar put on our car - we really needed this.

SO VERY SPOILT

finally a layout....

I feel like I haven't done a scrapbook layout in weeks. I've been so busy creating for my Christmas markets and Chrissy presents, so this one was just for me.
I have used a kit from Danielle at Q Tea here check them out, they have really cool kits using unique products not usually found at your LSS.

Christmas Spirit

Soooo, guess what I was doing until 1am this morning? I think they are so cute.

I decided to make a little pressie for the girls in my stitching group as this would be the last time we would meet for the year. I wanted to thank them for the chats, the ideas, the stories and the laughs.

I am so happy about the way they turned out and of course the kids now need some to put on our tree (how can I say no).

EMBELLISHMENTS TO GIVE AWAY

I thought I would send a bit of Christmas cheer and put together a package of scrapbooking goodies made by me to someone who leaves me a comment to this post before the 12th of December. I want to know your thoughts on scrapbooking Christmas, any off the page ideas you have come up with, or just say hi. If you have a blog, I will return a comment (they are nice to receive, aren't they?)

I will randomly pick a comment on the 12th, I know you will enjoy the package, I really put my heart into my work. So what are you waiting for, come and say hi and share some of that Christmas love.

Hugs, Sue

More ATC Love To Share

Getting seriously behind and thought I had better do something about it, so here they are:

ATC challenge Week 5 - Christmas Anticipation
For the background on this one, I dry embossed snowflakes, then skimmed paint over the top and sprinkled on glitter.

ATC challenge Week 6 - ATC with a twist, moveable parts
Behind the cute little joker I have written "laugh like no-one is looking"
I used patterned paper, then placed netting over top and painted on that. I finished the background with some delicious laced paper and added the joker with a hinge.
